Gen 49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff
from between his feet, as long as men come to Shiloh; and unto him shall the
obedience of the peoples be.
Jos 18:1 And the whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled
themselves together at Shiloh, and set up the tent of meeting there; and the
land was subdued before them.
Jer 7:12 For go ye now unto My place which was in Shiloh, where I caused My
name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of
My people Israel

The Mishkan (Tabernacle) was set up west to east, with the entrance facing east, as the
sun rises, the sun hits the entrance of the Mishkan. The Mishkan was located in Shiloh for 369 years.
The Mikdash (Solomon’s Temple), was set up the same with the entrance to the
Holy place and Holy of Holies is from the east.
